What goes through a person’s mind when they begin to contemplate taking a new job? There are generally any number of questions that rise up like:
“What will be my schedule?”
“How much will I be getting paid?”
“What will be my roles and responsibilities?”
Let me be honest with you, these are very similar questions that are asked when contemplating going into a ministry position. Even more so when diving head first into a church replanting or revitalization process.
In this weeks episode of Married and Replanting Dusty and I talk about what we were both thinking and praying over when we first made the decision to take on this new assignment. We talk initial thoughts, developing a support system, navigating less than ideal circumstances, and even dive into some of our own behind the scenes challenges we were facing at the beginning of the journey.
Take a listen.
